[cooking] Peach-blueberry crumble tart

Peach and blueberry tart for a rainy Sunday.

I only made a couple minor modifications. I used fairly soft fresh peaches and frozen blueberries (picked last year), so I was worried about the filling being kind of runny. Rather than tossing the fruit with honey, I took about 1/3 cup of maple sugar and mixed it with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Then I dusted all the fruit with the sugar/cornstarch mixture before pouring it into the shell. For the crumb topping, I used freshly grated nutmeg instead of clove and omitted the pecans.

This was so good. 10/10, would bake again. I really loved the subtle addition of cinnamon to the crust.
